Cesar Valdivieso is an ideal and Spirit anointed role model of the RISK life. Cesar planted Pan de Vida Church fifteen years ago. When the congregation moved into their new building (with no roof) in downtown Minatitlan, Vera Cruz, Mexico in '08, there were over one thousand people in attendance.

Cesar was the leader and organizer of the Prayer Conference (see photo) with over two thousand in attendance where Buster Reeves was one of the invited speakers in '08. As a little boy, Cesar was abused by his father and doesn't remember having underwear until he was age eleven.

As a young man, he became a very popular television vocalist/night club entertainer in Mexico headed for stardom when the Lord saved him and delivered him from drugs and alcohol. Cesar has a clear cut and defined vision and strategy for reaching México. VENTURE Ministries wants to help Cesar fulfill his purpose and vision for expanding the Kingdom of God! Cesar and his lovely wife, Leovi, have two sons and a daughter. Leovi is greatly gifted in administration and teaching.
